Well, as torn up as I am about this, I have to say that I TOTALLY respect their reasons---wanting to actually have a life, to be able to write songs that people can relate to out of their own experience (which they haven't had because of their touring schedule). That's very admirable, and it's that attitude that makes them such a beloved band and such great artists. Because it shows a respect for their work.
Sad thing is I've heard you guys talk about them, and was getting ready to check them out, and then this news hits....I'm coming in at the end once again, sheesh.
